Empowered by end-to-end precision casting, high-precision moulding of multiple materials, and simulation techniques that overcome the challenges of complex structures—craftsmanship ensures reliable industrial castings!

End-to-end precision casting production and processing capabilities

Covering the entire closed-loop production process—from wax pattern fabrication and shell mould production to dewaxing, shell mould sintering, metal smelting, casting, heat treatment and shot blasting—the company boasts a comprehensive process system and standardised production controls, enabling it to accommodate customised processing of a wide range of metal castings.

A fully integrated, closed-loop process ensuring consistent and controllable quality

We operate a complete precision casting production line, covering every stage from wax model fabrication, shell moulding, dewaxing and sintering, metal smelting and casting, through to subsequent heat treatment and shot blasting finishing. We maintain full in-house control over the entire process, eliminating the need for external subcontracting or intermediate handling. Our standardised process control system effectively minimises production errors at every stage, ensuring uniform internal microstructure and excellent surface finish in castings right from the outset. This significantly improves product yield and batch consistency, enabling us to meet the demands of both mass production and customised small-batch manufacturing.

Compatible with multiple materials and meeting high-precision standards, offering exceptional adaptability

The range of materials is comprehensive, encompassing mainstream industrial casting materials such as carbon steel, low- and high-alloy steels, high-manganese steel, stainless steel and nickel-based alloys, meeting the material requirements of a wide range of sectors including machinery, heavy industry, hardware and high-end equipment. Product dimensional accuracy is benchmarked against German, Japanese and internationally recognised standards, strictly adhering to tolerance specifications such as VDG-Merkblatt P-690-D2, DIN 1680, JIS B 0403 and ISO 8062. High-precision casting is achievable across the entire weight range of 0.1–100 kg, meeting the assembly and usage requirements for all types of precision components.

Digital simulation combined with specialised processes: overcoming the challenges of producing complex castings

By utilising Magma’s specialist casting simulation software for pre-production process simulation and design, we can anticipate issues such as porosity, shrinkage and deformation during the pouring and moulding processes in advance, optimise process parameters and significantly reduce the product defect rate. At the same time, by utilising ceramic sand core technology and proprietary special moulding techniques, we have overcome the limitations of traditional casting structures. This enables us to consistently develop and produce a wide range of highly complex castings—including those with irregular shapes, intricate internal cavities and unique structures—with moulding precision and structural integrity far exceeding those of conventional casting processes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our factory possesses end-to-end precision casting production capabilities, with the complete process comprising the following stages in sequence: wax pattern fabrication, shell mould fabrication, dewaxing, shell mould baking, metal smelting, casting, heat treatment and shot blasting finishing. All processes are carried out in-house, enabling integrated production and delivery from rough castings to finished products.

The materials we routinely produce include mainstream industrial metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, medium-alloy steel, high-manganese steel and nickel-based alloys; all materials are manufactured in strict compliance with the relevant industry standards. For special custom material requirements, we can adapt our processes and carry out production in accordance with the material specifications provided by the customer.

The product’s weight range is from 0.1 kg to 100 kg, covering everything from small, precision components to medium-sized industrial castings. Dimensional accuracy strictly complies with leading international tolerance standards such as VDG-Merkblatt P-690-D2, DIN 1680, JIS B 0403 and ISO 8062, ensuring high-precision moulding for products of all specifications.

Our factory strictly adheres to four major international standards for dimensional tolerances: German VDG-Merkblatt P-690-D2, DIN 1680, Japanese JIS B 0403 and International ISO 8062. The production and inspection of all products are benchmarked against the corresponding standards. Through process optimisation and precise control, we can consistently ensure that product tolerances comply with specifications and that dimensional errors remain within controlled limits, thereby meeting the requirements of precision assembly. Detailed tolerance parameters can be found in the Product Quality Standards Manual.

Magma is a state-of-the-art casting simulation system, primarily used for preliminary process design. It enables the simulation of the entire process—from metal melting and pouring to solidification—in advance, allowing for the accurate prediction of potential defects such as porosity, shrinkage cavities, deformation and segregation that may occur during the casting process. This facilitates the early optimisation of parameters such as pouring temperature, pouring speed and mould parameters, thereby eliminating production defects at source, improving product yield and process stability, and is particularly well-suited to the process development of complex castings.

Yes. Utilising a ceramic sand core moulding process combined with proprietary specialised casting techniques, and optimised through Magma simulation, the equipment overcomes the limitations of traditional casting structures and is capable of consistently producing a wide range of castings featuring irregular shapes, complex internal cavities, irregular curved surfaces, openwork structures and other highly challenging castings, meeting the development and mass production requirements for all types of non-standard, complex and precision components.

Yes. The complete production process includes heat treatment and shot blasting. Heat treatment effectively optimises the internal microstructure of castings, enhancing mechanical properties such as hardness, toughness and wear resistance, whilst eliminating internal casting stresses; Shot blasting removes scale and burrs from the surface of the castings, optimises surface roughness, and improves the product’s visual quality and corrosion resistance, ensuring that the finished products meet both performance and aesthetic standards.

Comprehensive support. For new products with complex structures, we can utilise Magma simulation processes and ceramic sand core technology to carry out rapid process development and prototype production; at the same time, we cater to both small-batch customisation and medium-to-large-scale mass production requirements, with standardised production throughout the entire process. This ensures both the precision of new product development and the stable delivery of bulk orders, striking a balance between flexibility and efficiency.
